Before we begin.

This page explains the project process. Your agreed proposal and contract set the specific terms of your work.

Scope and schedule

We agree pages, features, integrations, content responsibilities, milestones and revision allowances before building. Requests outside that scope are discussed before additional work is undertaken.

Prices and payment

Published packages are starting points. The proposal and invoice confirm the final total, tax treatment, third-party costs and payment schedule. An online project request does not take payment or confirm a delivery slot.

Ownership and access

The proposal identifies the website deliverables, account ownership, hosting arrangements and any third-party licences. Access and the agreed documentation form part of handover.

Care and changes

Support hours, update allowances, response expectations, cancellation and ongoing costs are set out in your care agreement.

Demonstration websites

Example businesses, catalogue items, availability and prices are fictional. Demo forms, appointments and checkouts do not create real bookings or purchases. The examples demonstrate a customer journey; the final scope is agreed for your business.

How payments are processed

Where enabled for your agreed order, Bivetica Invoice provides hosted payment through Stripe for cards or GoCardless for Direct Debit. The actual payment methods, amount, currency and schedule are shown before you authorise payment. Card payment confirmation and bank payout timing are separate; Direct Debit confirmation can take several working days.

A one-off project payment does not create an automatically renewing plan. Any recurring hosting or care payment must be stated in your agreed order. Cancellation, refunds and work already supplied follow the agreed proposal and applicable law. Removing a card or bank mandate does not by itself cancel the project or care agreement. Contact studio@bivetica.com about payment errors or cancellation. Optional Stripe Link features are provided by Stripe under its own terms and privacy notice.
