Your enquiry details.
When you use our project enquiry form, we collect the contact and project information you enter so we can respond and discuss the work.
Where the enquiry goes
Enquiries are saved in Bivetica’s business administration system, hosted alongside the Invoice service. Authorised administrators can review them. An internal email notification may be sent so the team can respond.
We do not ask for passwords or card details in this form. Do not include sensitive personal information in your project description.
Your choices
You can email studio@bivetica.com to ask about your enquiry information or request its removal where appropriate. Project and accounting records may need to be handled separately.
Browser preferences
The colour choice is saved in your browser so your preference can be restored. Fictional shop demos save a demonstration basket in your browser; they do not process purchases.
For questions about this notice, email studio@bivetica.com.
Payments for Studio work
Your agreed project proposal and invoice state what you pay and when. Where offered, Bivetica Invoice arranges payment to Bivetica through Stripe for cards or GoCardless for Direct Debit. We share the payer name, contact details, business/order reference, amount, currency and agreed billing terms needed for payment and retain transaction references, payment status, receipts and relevant subscription records.
Stripe collects payment-method, device and network information on its hosted pages for payment, authentication and fraud prevention. Optional Link features may remember details if you choose them. We do not receive your card security code or online-banking password. Stripe and GoCardless also process data for their own security and regulatory purposes; see Stripe’s privacy notice and GoCardless’s payer notice. Providers may process information internationally under their applicable safeguards.
Hosted payment cookies
Stripe checkout, billing-management and optional Link pages, and GoCardless payment pages, use their own cookies or similar technologies for payment and security. Their notices and optional-feature choices apply there. See Stripe’s cookie policy. Studio’s fictional shop demos still do not take payment.
