We confirm an achievable schedule in your proposal after reviewing the scope and available content. No delivery slot is promised until it is agreed.
Usually your business details, services, branding and available text/images. We agree who creates or sources missing content, and any additional cost, before work starts.
Review stages and revision allowances are agreed in your project proposal. We will explain how requests outside the agreed scope are handled.
Launch and Business currently request a 50% deposit; Professional and Commerce request 40%. The balance is requested after you approve the staging website, before deployment. An order request does not take payment.
Care is optional. We agree hosting, access and maintenance responsibilities before handover, including what happens if you manage the website yourself.
